Materials
What are the shirts made of?
​
Tee shirts used for vinyl designs are made of 50%-100% preshrunk cotton, depending on the color. What portions are not cotton are mostly polyester. Tee shirts used for sublimation designs are typically 100% polyester.

What are the designs made of?
​
Designs are made of quality vinyl or sublimation. Cloth items such as shirts have designs made of heat transfer vinyl, whereas designs on solid items such as decals for cars or ornaments are made of permanent, non-heat transfer vinyl. Sublimated designs are made using a special ink called sublimation ink and will be heat fused to the fabric itself and therefore will be more durable as well.

What are the ornaments made of?
​
We offer both glass and plastic ornaments. All of these start out clear and are colored here to suit your needs and preferences. Be sure to be as specific as possible on your needs and we will do our best to match them!

What type of wood is used for the wood creations?
​
The type of wood varies. We use all different types. Some of the woods we use include MDF, plywood, baltic birch, cherry, maple, etc.

What material are the waterslide sheets made of?
Waterslide sheets are made from a special type of paper called waterslide paper. It is a type of dual-layered paper that has a plastic-like coating which allows that layer to separate from the other layer and then be applied to another surface using water.

Can any photo be engraved onto wood?
​
I can engrave most photos onto wood, but they need to be clear photos with decent lighting. They also need to be large enough to engrave onto the size of wood that you choose. If you purchase a wood engraved photo, please send the photo you would like to be used to divinedesignsanddecals@gmail.com. If it isn't able to be engraved, we will reach out to you. If you aren't sure if a photo can be used, you can also contact us before you purchase the item.

What type of files are the digital files?
​
Digital files for laser engraving will be SVG files whereas digital image files will be PNG. Because of the nature of digital files, no refunds are offered. Once a digital file is paid for, the download will be made available to you and is non-returnable therefore also non-refundable.
Options
What sizes and colors are available in the clothing?
​
Most sizes are available. We have infant, toddler, and child sizes, as well as a range of sizes available for adults from small to 5X. Some colors are not available in all sizes. Feel free to message and ask about availability.

Do you offer other clothing items other than tee shirts?
​
Yes, we offer personalized shirts, both long and short sleeve, hoodies, jackets, and more! If you are wanting to know availability of something in particular, just shoot us a message and ask!

Do you offer other wood designs or only the ones listed on the site?
We offer the things listed on the site as well as lots of other options not yet listed! We also take custom orders, so if there is something you have thought of, just message us and let's see if we can help bring that idea to life!

Do you offer other waterslide sheets that aren't listed on the site?
Absolutely! We accept custom requests as well! Just message us!

What is the difference in clear waterslide and white waterslide?
​
Clear waterslide is transparent so the pictures do not have to be cut around perfectly before applying to the cup. When epoxy is applied over it, the background won't show. Since it is transparent, it needs to be applied over a white or light colored background because the background will show through the picture some as well. White waterslide is more opaque. The image must be cut around exactly before application because the background is visible. Any white still showing after cutting out the image will show when it is applied as well. This means that the waterslide image can be applied to any color, dark or light, and will show up fine without much or any show through from the background. Both clear waterslide and white waterslide have their pros and cons, it just depends on what you are applying the waterslide to. Clear is easier to work with but doesn't show well on darker backgrounds. White is a little more difficult to work with, but shows much better on darker backgrounds.

Do you offer refunds?
​
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Digital files are available instantly after purchase and are non-returnable therefore we cannot offer refunds on them. Most of our other products are customized/personalized so we cannot offer a refund on them either. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as we will always do our best to make it right!

Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices vary depending on what is ordered. Shipping prices are calculated using size, weight, and destination and I will always ship using the most inexpensive method unless the customer specifies wanting a specific method.

Can I have an order shipped elsewhere, such as an item ordered as a gift?
​
Yes, you may have your order shipped anywhere within the U.S. or U.S. territories.

Do you ship internationally?
​
No, I'm sorry, we only ship to the United States and U.S. Territories at this time.

What is your turnaround time?
​
We work on and ship out orders daily. If there are no orders ahead of yours, your order may go out same day! However, we do list a 2 week turnaround period in case we have multiple orders to get completed. Our items are all custom made and we complete orders in the order in which we receive them. That being said, please allow us 2 weeks to get your order completed and shipped out to you. We do our best to get your orders completed as quickly as possible and try to minimize the turnaround time so that you can get your item(s) quickly! If you need a rush order, please contact us and we will work with you!
Designs
Can you put only words on your items or can you put graphic designs as well?

We can put many things onto items you order, including words and images. Many designs that we offer include a mix of words and images. You may choose from the pre-made designs that we offer, or create one of your own to have put onto your item.

How are the designs applied to various items?
​
Any items that have a design made from heat-transfer vinyl is applied professionally using a heat press. Permanent vinyl designs that are not heat-transfer are placed by hand using special care for placement and using specific measurements for centering. Designs made onto wood are engraved using a professional CO2 laser. Sublimated designs are applied using a heat press.
